Fee Schedule

The Classic Workout

  • Individual Lesson : $70

  • Series Lessons : $65 : 12 or more lessons

  • 50 minutes in length

  • 12 week program, once weekly

The In and Out Workout

  • Individual Lesson : $45

  • Series Lessons : $43 : 10 or more lessons

  • 30 minutes in length

  • 10 week program, once weekly

The Hybrid Workout

  • Combination of the Classic & The In and Out Workout

  • This uses the 30 minutes and 50 minutes combined

  • Great for those that want longer and shorter lessons

  • Customizable to fit the clients needs

Yeah Buddy Workout

  • Individual Lesson : $50 per person

  • Series Lessons : $45 : 10 or more lesson

  • Two or Three people max

  • 55 minutes in length

  • 10 week program, once weekly

I Got Class Workout

  • $22 per person

  • four to eight people max

  • classes are in four-week series, once to twice weekly

  • 55 minutes in length

Home, Office & Off Site Coaching

  • Individual Lesson : $100 [sixty minutes]

  • Series Lessons : $90 : 10 or more

  • $50 per thirty minutes

Fitness & Wellness Speaker & Phone Coach

  • Individual Lesson : $100 [sixty minutes] | $50 per thirty minutes

  • Series Lessons : $90 [10 or more]

  • Speaking engagements : contact Coach Dan for fees

  • With any lesson series two lesson can be done weekly to meet the needs of the clients' learning curve. This process of two lessons weekly would reduce the commitment from 12 weeks to 6 weeks.

  • All lesson series are highly customizable to fit the clients needs.

  • Clients often elect to continue their series lessons to keep accountability in place.
