Fitness Coaching internally inspires the heart and mind of a person; the
passing of knowledge from one to another. Coaching evolves past other
types of exercise and personal-training fields capacities --

Coaching reaches new levels within the reasoning centers of the brain to
gain and sustain newfound working fitness wisdom. You will acquire and
retain new skills and find your fitness-esteem, learn about persistence
in your health and the true-grit necessary to stay organized,
structured, and be able to deduce and measure your results, while having
a blast getting fit! Behaviors are modified and conscious memories are
permanently imprinted. Coaching inspires and uplifts people to strive
past their limited expectations and reach and achieve true health and
awareness in being well. Once coaching begins - then the practice and
exercise-training can commence. Coach and client design and implement
customized blueprints with specific goals and objectives in mind and
heart while creating a new story
of health and wellness.
[It is recommended that a
base-12 series] allowing for complete muscle coverage in
balance and thoroughness of reps, sets, proper breathing,
pace of reps, organization of individual muscle groups, complete
cardiovascular assessment and implementation and flexibility
movements.
These components are all applied to goals/objectives and
injury/medical limitations review done prior to any workouts in the
gym. A 12-lesson series program typically lasts 12-weeks with
lessons once weekly. More can be done weekly, based on client
availability and coaches schedule.

we'll spend time getting acquainted to find out what you want to do with
your fitness, during a [free fitness-discovery in-person meeting lasting
approximately 30 to 60 minutes].

session to highlight specifics of the program and to discover the
heart and mindset of your fitness. Listed below are various types of

widely with each client based on their fitness background and
life habits. Some
clients require more lessons monthly
to stay on track and achieve results while others need less.
Onsite lessons may be as short as 30 minutes, or as long as 50
minutes. Sixteen-series or more lessons are suggested where
needed.

[Longer-term
series lessons are better] for those that require
ongoing encouragement and support. Utilizing your
Fitness-Coach as a booster station-effect helps to
ensure your workouts are accomplished with results
happening all the time!
Longer-term series lessons help to reinforce workout and
nutritional adherence once to twice weekly, monthly,
quarterly and annual programs.
[Lesson
series are based on objectives and goals, injury-medical]
limitations, rehabilitation issues, sports specific
training, aesthetics, weight management, stress management,
hobbies and personal disposition towards exercise, [like

Taking into consideration, work and home time
constraints and what point in the fitness-journey the
client is in.

ups within the content of ongoing client fitness routines.
They may occur from one to three times a month.
